Should any changes in venue or availability occur (including cancellations), we will seek to contact you using whatever methods you provide us with, eg email or phone number.
Please ensure your contact details are correct, and in particular look out for a confirmation email about your booking. You will receive a confirmation of payment email from either Ticketsource or PayPal (depending on the payment method). We will email you from contact@missimp.co.uk within a week of the course starting. Remember to check your spam filters, and we strongly advise that you add contact@missimp.co.uk to your address book to ensure our emails arrive in your inbox. We cannot check your email – it’s up to you to ensure that we can contact you. If you have not received an email from us, please contact us.
MissImp cannot offer refunds if the above measures have not been taken or incorrect contact details are provided.
