WHO THE F*** ARE YOU? – LONGFORM WORKSHOP
SATURDAY 7TH JANUARY – 10AM – 5PM
This is a one day playtime session, with character work exercises designed to help improvisers give clear offers, perspectives and find the funny bit of the scene quicker. There will be three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon to do scenework exercises, work on developing compelling characters and, at the end of the day, a chance to put it all together in a longform piece.
Lloydie has been described as one of the biggest longform improv geeks in the UK – and he’s proud of that. He’ll be drawing on his experience as a regular performer with MissImp (4 stars at the Edinburgh Fringe with a show they only had 4 hours notice to perform), and from the various longform trainings he’s attended both in the UK and in the USA. This one-off workshop is being offered at a ridiculously low price of £15 for the whole day (£2.50 per hour!!!). Places will be limited to an absolute maximum of 20.
