Animal Jam

Woah! September’s been a crazily busy month so far… well done to everyone who has been part of:

The Glee Club Soft Opening
Improv in the Dales
ImproCop: The Future of Live Comedy
Introduction to Improv Comedy Workshop
HR’d Day’s Night
The Nottingham Comedy Festival in general!

And it continues…

MissImp folk are involved in the rest of the Nottingham Comedy Festival too –

Cast Adrift
Longform Improv Workshop
Naked Ant Wrestling

Oooh – also a reminder that the Comedy Store Players are at the Nottingham Playhouse next Monday!

Pub Poetry October – 11th October
MissImp In Action at The Glee Club – 13th October
MissImp: The Future of Live Comedy – 29th October

And yet there is still a jam this Thursday! We’re well aware there’s quite a lot on, including a foreign improv show that night, so we’re not expecting a huge turnout. However, if you’re coming it’s at 7.30pm as usual, at the Art Organisation on Station Street. If you’re running late, come round the back and call 07863122959 to gain admittance. It’s the usual £2.

There’s a nice new slideshow of photos from MissImp events on the website front page and Facebook. Enjoy!

See you soon.

Hi There!

During the coronavirus outbreak, MissImp has continued to offer entirely free online activities for our community, including commissioning an ongoing series of paid virtual drop-ins from improvisers around the world, fortnightly online Gorilla Burger shows and more. If you’d like to help us keep these activities going and keep our lights on we’d be immensely grateful. Together, we can get through this.
